My recent stay at Retaj exceeded all my high expectations in every aspect. the staff, particularly Osama and Hisham, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of. the seamless room upgrades provided by Alvina and the exceptional sea view made my experience truly luxurious. Despite minor issues like a faulty key and an empty fridge, the complimentary fruit basket and prompt room service more than made up for it. the attention to detail and personalized service by Syed truly made my stay exceptional, with his insightful recommendations and unwavering hospitality. I highly recommend Retaj for its outstanding staff, top-notch service, and overall exceptional experience.
